Refund and Returns Policy
Crucial for food businesses since items are perishable.
Since we deal with perishable food items (cakes, breads, sweets), our refund policy is as follows:

Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at the time of delivery or call our hotline (+880 18 4452 7474).

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds: If a refund is approved due to a quality issue or non-delivery, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
